2000 – current | Managing Director @ Zapata Inmobiliaria. He has been playing an active role in New Housing Developments, analyzing and defining new projects from land acquisition until delivery, including financing, managing and commercializing final product.
Member of the Board of Zapata Inmobiliaria, Member of the Compensation Boards of La Atalayuela, Los Ahijones and chairman of Los Rosales-Calcio.
Javier has a deep knowledge of Madrid Real Estate Market and Residential Construction Project Management and counts on a very strong network of contacts that provides accessibility to supply.
Nicolas Bravard
10+ years of experience in Real Estate in Europe, structuring and managing investment vehicles. He is also a seasoned professional in debt investment.
Through his own Group – Waterfall Capital – Nicolas has been involved in several investments in the hospitality sector and residential real estate.
Managing Partner @ Alpstar Capital in Geneva. He founded the Alpstar Credit Hedge Fund Business, raising $3bn+ of assets. He has traded, monitored and executed $75bn+ of financial transactions & sold his asset management entity in 2013.
HY trading @ Goldman Sachs London. Prior to that, he worked at Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, & Société Générale.
